now that is weird

About the couple that got divorced because of the virtual relation and the country where even rain in a cloudy day is news:

"SL is no game... sorry. It is a virtual world created by its inhabitants and its the people that make it what it is not the programme itself.. however there are real dangers of addiction. I met the love of my life in SL in February 2008 during a concentrated phase of interest. The game organiser Linden effectively pushes you into working to survive in the first month as they don’t allow new players to cash any sensible money; for females the easiest way is to get a job as a pole dancer/ stripper. I faced the absurd situation of what eventually transpired to be two real life senior executives on the opposite sides of the Atlantic meeting under these conditions... virtual stripper and virtual client! We fell deeply in love and were married in an SL wedding in May but separated three days later due to real life issues. We couldn’t stand being apart and so took the relationship real in September and plan to meet in a “Sleepless in Seattle” style event scheduled in London for Feb 2009."
